IX was created to be the simplest way for people to find what they need and share what they want.
|
|
|
|
The idea was born when a member of our team set out to buy a used computer online and found it to be a surprisingly torturous experience. The sites were full of unnecessary features, designed to build competition, were badly organized, or felt impersonal. As much as the internet is speeding up and adding options to our life, it can sometimes slow us down. The unwanted tech equivalent of “Hurry up and wait.”

So, we began work on an easier way. A way that would look and feel "right" and easy. We worked hard to remove all the unnecessary things that slowed the online experience or created extraneous problems.

We wanted a site as simple in feel as the billboards we perused in college, but quietly powerful enough to provide all you need. At all times IX aims to be simple and easy, no matter how much info we are collecting for you. It’s an intangible feel that we are constantly working to maintain. Enjoy!
